This is Part Two of our new blog series detailing the development of Signal 3.0. Each blog provides information on a specific element of the release. Here we follow on from the previous blog that looked at the Signal Operations Center (S.O.C.), and look at the changes with reporting visualizations.

Reports

The new reporting features will add a new dimension to the current reporting features. You will still be able to create Standard and Advanced reports as you currently are, but certain user types will also have access to the ‘visualization’ feature.

This will provide you with your information in graphical format and allow you to ‘slice and dice’ the information at hand via the right hand Filters menu.

Change a time selection in one area? No problem – all time selections will update.  See an author of interest? Just select their username and all the data visualizations will update to be solely about that Author.

With all the hard lifting being carried out at the server your reports have never been quicker, easier to work with or looked better.

So far in this series we have looked at the new menu, the S.O.C. and reporting which all allow you to understand the value of the content captured in your searches.

In the next blog in this series we will be looking at our new query builder which will enhance your ability to capture content.
